Sweet and Sour Lotus Root Slices.

Peel the fresh lotus root, wash and slice.

Finely chop ginger.
3.
Mix sugar and vinegar into a juice for later use.
4.
Spread the ground ginger evenly into the crisper.
5.
Put the sliced lotus root slices into boiling water, blanch them, and remove the controlled water.
6.
Put the lotus root slices hot in the fresh-keeping box covered with ginger.
7.
Pour in the sweet and sour sauce that was previously adjusted.
8.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, then serve after serving.
