Sweet and Sour Lotus Root Slices

Remove the skin and knots of the lotus root, and remove the tail of the carrot.

Cut the lotus root into thin slices and rinse with water.

Put the sliced lotus root and radish on a plate, add water, salt, white vinegar and sugar. Soak for about 3 hours or more, or even a day.

Pour out the sweet and sour lotus root and radish, rinse with clean water, and filter out the water.

After the pot is hot, add some oil, pour the lotus root and radish and stir fry. If you have tried it and find that it tastes inappropriate, you can add some salt, vinegar, and sugar according to your taste.

The fried lotus root and radish are very crispy.
