Sweet and Sour Lotus Root Slices

Slice lotus root and change millet pepper to knife.

White sugar + balsamic vinegar, mix well.

Add a little salt to the sweet and sour sauce and stir well.

Put cooking oil in a non-stick pan, fry lotus root and millet pepper for a few minutes.

Over low heat, pour in the sweet and sour sauce prepared earlier and stir well.
