Sweet and Sour Peanuts

Tips:
When frying peanuts, the oil temperature should not be too high. Generally, the fried skin is slightly yellow, and the sound is very crisp when stirred. Then the peanuts will be fried. Of course, a more direct inspection method is to taste.
