Sweet and Sour Pineapple Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces.

Blanch water to remove blood.

Add vinegar and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Wash the pineapple, cut into small pieces, divide into two parts, soak one part in salt water for later use.

Put the other portion in the juicer.
6.
Squeeze into pineapple juice.

Heat oil in a pan, add the ribs, and fry the golden brown.

Put pineapple juice, ketchup, sugar, cooking wine, salt, cornstarch into a bowl and stir to form a uniform sauce.

Ginger slices.
10.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger slices and saute, pour in the sauce and fry until evenly shiny.

Add the ribs and stir fry evenly.
12.
Add the pineapple chunks and stir-fry evenly.
