Sweet and Sour Plum Tofu Bamboo

Material: plum beans, yuba (soaked)

Fold the plum beans into sections, clean them, and remove them for later use.

Wash the soaked yuba.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to the bowl.

Add 3 spoons of sugar.

Add 4 spoons of light soy sauce.
