Sweet and Sour Poached Egg

Fry the eggs into cakes in a frying pan

Add a spoonful of sugar to half a bowl of water, two spoons of vinegar, two spoons of soy sauce, and one spoonful of old wine and mix thoroughly.

Put all the eggs in the pot, add the adjusted juice, and simmer on high heat until the soup thickens.
