In fact, it is not too difficult to do it yourself. This time I made this sweet and sour pork tenderloin at home, using tomato sauce. The color is bright and beautiful, and the taste is sour and delicious. It is very popular with children and ladies.

1. Shred the ginger, shred the tenderloin, marinate the tenderloin with salt, pepper, egg white and shredded ginger for 10 minutes; add starch to the tenderloin, scatter it by hand, so that all tenderloins are covered with starch

2. Put the oil in the pan and fry the tenderloin into the pan until the oil is hot

4. Pour out the oil in the pot, leaving a little oil, put the ketchup, sugar, and sesame seeds in together

5. Stir-fry on low heat until small bubbles; add half a bowl of water, boil until the soup is rich, put the fried pork in and mix well, and finally sprinkle some white sesame seeds for decoration.
