Sweet and Sour Pork

Shred the ginger, shred the tenderloin, marinate the tenderloin with salt, pepper, egg white and shredded ginger for 10 minutes; add starch to the tenderloin, scatter it by hand, so that all tenderloins are covered with starch

Put the oil in the pan and fry the tenderloin into the pan until the oil is hot

Remove the fried tenderloin and put it on a plate; after all the tenderloins are fried, heat the oil in the pan, put it in again, and re-fry again, remove

Pour out the oil in the pot, leaving a little oil, put the ketchup, sugar, and sesame seeds in together

Stir-fry on low heat until small bubbles; add half a bowl of water, boil until the soup is rich, put the fried pork in and mix well, and finally sprinkle some white sesame seeds for decoration.
