The sweet and sour pork loin can be found in Shandong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine and Huai cuisine, but the sweet and sour understanding of Shandong cuisine is the most famous. Then I will classify today's sweet and sour pork as Lu cuisine, although I don't know what the sweet and sour in Lu cuisine is. Today’s sweet and sour pork loin, I took a little bit of thought and changed the traditional shredding process to cut into flower shapes. After being fried and coated with sweet and sour sauce, it looks like golden flowers blooming on the dining table. Not only does it look beautiful, it also tastes tender on the outside, sweet and sour on the inside. It is really a banquet dish for all ages.
