Very sweet and sour pork tenderloin

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Prepare the tenderloin, first relax the tenderloin with the back of a knife

2. Then cut into thin strips

3. Pour the cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and egg into the tenderloin

4. Stir well, then marinate for 1 hour

5. Marinated meat, evenly coated in starch

6. Entirely coated with starch

7. Heat the oil, pour in the tenderloin, stir to prevent sticking

8. Fry until the color changes slightly, then it can be out of the pan, then let cool

9. Heat the oil again and pour the tenderloin again

10. Fried till yellow

11. Prepare the juice

12. Pour the right amount of sour sauce in the pot and heat until bubbling

13. Pour in the tenderloin, stir evenly, so that each tenderloin is wrapped in sour sauce
