The tenderloin must be covered with flour when it is wrapped in cornstarch, so that it will not stick together when it is cooked (the first time it is made, the tenderloin is far thicker, and there is no effect of frying chrysanthemums)~~~

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Cut the tenderloin with a knife and soak in clean water.

2. Add five-spice powder to cornstarch and stir evenly.

3. The cut tenderloin is dried and coated in seasoning powder.

4. Turn the oil into a low heat when the oil temperature reaches about 80 degrees.

5. Fry until golden brown in a kitchen pot.

6. Just drizzle with tomato sauce!

Tips:

After the tenderloin is fried until golden brown, stir-fry with tomato sauce vinegar and sugar to thicken the sauce, and top with the prepared tenderloin!
