Sweet and Sour Pork

Cut the tenderloin with a knife and soak in clean water.

Add five-spice powder to cornstarch and stir evenly.

The cut tenderloin is dried and coated in seasoning powder.
4.
Turn the oil into a low heat when the oil temperature reaches about 80 degrees.
5.
Fry until golden brown in a kitchen pot.
6.
Just drizzle with tomato sauce!
Tips:
After the tenderloin is fried until golden brown, stir-fry with tomato sauce vinegar and sugar to thicken the sauce, and top with the prepared tenderloin!
