Sweet and Sour Pork
1.
Cut the tenderloin into strips.
2.
Put the salt and starch together.
3.
Put two drops of oil to moisten the pork and grab it together.
4.
Use fragrant frying powder (or flour), add water and stir until it becomes viscous. Dip each tenderloin with chopsticks, put it in deep fry, remove it from the plate and set aside.
5.
Then adjust the sauce: add oil, pour in tomato sauce (tomato sauce), add white vinegar and sugar, and stir until it becomes a viscous state.
6.
Pour the meat into the prepared sauce and stir fry evenly.
7.
Stir well and collect the juice on high heat and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. (No or no need)
Tips:
1. Pay attention to the heat, fry it until golden brown, and you can remove it. Do not fry for too long before the meat will not grow old; 2. When flavoring the frying powder/flour water, add water slowly, not all at once. Add too much, it will be too thin to wrap the tenderloin.
