The simple version of the sweet and sour pork loin uses tomato sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce. Not only is the color beautiful, but the taste is also great. Because I don't like the taste of vinegar, especially heated vinegar. I personally prefer the sweet and sour sauce made with tomato sauce~beautiful.

Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the pork loin into tiny finger-sized loin strips.

3. Add cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of starch and green onions, marinate for 15 minutes

4. Marinated and coated with dry starch,

5. Heat the wok, put in a small half pot of cooking oil, and heat to 70% hot on medium-high heat. Change to medium heat. Fry it in a frying pan until golden brown.

6. All fried.

7. Pour it into the frying pan and fry it again.

8. In another pot, add tomato sauce and white sugar, boil until the white sugar melts, add the starch juice prepared in advance (2 tablespoons of starch and appropriate amount of water to make water starch) and boil until thick.

9. Pour in the fried tenderloin and stir fry a few times to coat the tenderloin with the sauce.

10. Each tenderloin is coated with sauce and sprinkled with some cooked sesame seeds.
