The simple version of the sweet and sour pork loin uses tomato sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce. Not only is the color beautiful, but the taste is also great. Because I don't like the taste of vinegar, especially heated vinegar. I personally prefer the sweet and sour sauce made with tomato sauce~beautiful.
