Sweet and Sour Pork Belly

Ingredients: pork belly.

Ginger slices, white sesame seeds.

Take 1 scoop of cooking wine, 2 scoops of white vinegar, 3 scoops of sugar, 4 scoops of light soy sauce, and 5 scoops of water and mix it into sweet and sour sauce, set aside.

Wash the pork belly and remove it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into pieces.

Afterwards, put the pork belly in a pot of water, put the sliced ginger, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched pork belly and stir fry.

Then, pour in the sweet and sour sauce and bring to a boil.

Then, turn to low heat and cook until the soup thickens, turn off the heat and bring out the pot.
