Sweet and Sour Pork Feet Sour

After the pig's feet are cleaned, chop them into pieces, put them in a pot and add water.

Tips:
When the weather is hot, switch on and off the fire for two or three days, so that one pot can last for a month (for confinement). The pig’s feet and ginger will dry the water, so it can be kept for a long time. The cooking time is a bit slower. But afterwards, just heat it up when you eat it.
