The sweet and sour sweet and sour pork ribs can be said to be loved by everyone. My family loves my traditional method. First, I deep fry the short ribs until they are crispy and then seasoned. Finally, even the bones can be chewed up. Today’s sweet and sour. The sauce is ready-made. Although it is a sweet and sour hot sauce, you can hardly taste the spicy taste. The sweet and sour taste is very strong. 100 grams of sauce for a pound of ribs tastes just right. If you like this method, you can try it.

8. Wait for the oil temperature to rise, then pour the ribs into the frying until the color is golden red, pick up the oil control

9. Pour out all the oil over medium heat, pour in the sauce and bring to a boil

10. Pour the ribs and stir-fry evenly until the juice is thick, then turn off the heat and bring out the pan

Tips:

1. The pork ribs are soaked in clean blood and then marinated and smashed. Salt should be added to marinate the ribs first.
2. Fry in 2 times, the second time is the best way to fry until the meat is fragrant and crisp.
3. You can use light soy sauce without sauce, balsamic vinegar and white sugar to make sweet and sour
