Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs, add cold water to the pot, add cooking wine, ginger slices, green onion leaves, about 10 peppercorns, and blanch in water. Then remove and drain the water.

Put 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar in a wok, cook on low heat until the sugar melts.

Pour in the ribs and some boiling water.

Add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce and simmer for about 40 minutes.

When the time is up, add the right amount of tomato sauce, and the fire will start to collect the juice.

When the soup is almost dry, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Put it in a plate and sprinkle a little white sesame seeds.
Tips:
If the taste is heavy, add some salt before serving.
