Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Wash the pork ribs and chop them into 10 cm long sections. Put the pork ribs, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt into the pressure cooker, and add water that has soaked the pork ribs.

After boiling, press for 10 minutes.

Take a clean bowl and pour two tablespoons of vinegar.

Pour in a tablespoon of soy sauce. If you prefer a thicker color, use dark soy sauce instead of soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of refined salt.

Pour in as much sugar as you like.

Take out the pressed pork ribs and control the moisture.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, pour it into the pork ribs and fry it on a low fire to make golden brown.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the fried pork ribs and stir fry over low heat.

Pour in the tuned sauce.

Stir fry over high heat until the soup thickens and can hang on the pork ribs. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
