The flavour of the new year is getting stronger and stronger, so I wish you all in the new year: life is prosperous and happy! The sweet and sour pork ribs are delicious and not greasy. They are easy to operate and the color is very festive, so this dish is especially suitable for the Chinese New Year dinner table. I want to make it for my mother when I come home for the Spring Festival this year! "

Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and soak them in clean water for about an hour to remove the blood, or blanch them directly in the pot.

2. Add a little oil to the pot, add rock sugar, and fry the sugar color over low heat.

3. Stir continuously until golden brown.

4. Add the drained ribs and stir fry quickly until they are evenly coated with sugar.

5. Add boiling water, the amount of water is less than the ribs.

6. Add soy sauce.

7. Add 2/3 of the vinegar.

8. Cover, boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 35 minutes.

9. Open the lid, add the remaining vinegar, and collect the juice over high heat.

10. Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.

11. After decoration, the plate becomes taller.

12. The New Year is booming.

Tips:

When frying the sugar color, be sure to use a low heat, keep it by the side and keep frying to prevent the frying. When the sugar color becomes brown, add the ribs and stir. If the sugar color is fried for too long, the taste will become bitter.
