Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

1- Pork ribs mourning water (1 scoop of cooking wine + ginger slices).
After boiling the froth, remove the froth and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Then use chopsticks to fish out one by one. I didn't wash it and drained it a little.
2- Fried pork ribs (slightly yellow and slightly burnt)
Put some oil in the pot, then put 7-8 rock sugar, slowly fry the sugar color on low heat, then put in the ribs, add ginger and garlic cloves.

Seasoning sauce
1 scoop of cooking wine
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 scoop of dark soy sauce
3-4 tablespoons old vinegar

4- Add in the water and the prepared sauce for the ribs and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat

The color is very good. When the fire is almost out of juice, remember to clip the ribs out, otherwise it will be easy to mash.

It's out of the pot, I put a few sesame seeds in the back for good looks hahaha😄
Tips:
Don't put too much garlic cloves.
Don't worry about frying sugar.
