Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and marinate overnight with light soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger paste

Add some starch to the ribs, and fry them in a frying pan until both sides are colored

Control the oil, cut the scallions into sections diagonally, and fry the ginger and green onions in a pan

Add ribs, add balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and a little water to boil to taste

Do not use too much water, adjust the taste of the sweet and sour sauce, continue to cook for 10 minutes, and collect the thick juice.

After serving, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and green onion for garnish

**For two ribs, I added about 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of water
