Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Chop the ribs into strips of about four centimeters, boil cold water in the pot, add the green onion and ginger to the pot and cook for 7 mature. Add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce for about half an hour.

In a separate pot, add the marinated ribs (the soup from the marinated ribs is also put in), add some soup leftover from the pork ribs, and pour in sugar.

Season with salt. The salt must be less, because the salt has been added to the marinated ribs, and the sweet and sour dishes should be less salt.
