When my husband came to China for the first time, my mother made sweet and sour pork ribs and he was full of praise. This dish has been retained after arriving in the United States. Once I actually made half a slice of pork ribs to my husband’s office colleagues for a Chinese meal, and they strongly demanded to come a few more times. This dish is suitable for beginners. It has simple ingredients and is convenient for speculation. Sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce, ribs, and confusing."

Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs, The Taste of Love,

1. Boil water in the pot, pour in the ribs and cook for ten minutes in boiling water, then pick up

2. Prepare soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine

3. Heat the pan, drain the oil, just keep the pan non-stick

4. Lower ribs, I like to use fried instead of fried

5. Fry or stir-fry until golden brown

6. Put 1/4 spoon of sugar and continue to fry until the sugar melts, turns yellow and has a consistency

7. After adding sugar and frying, add 1/4 spoon of vinegar and continue frying

8. Then add 1/4 spoon of soy sauce, 1/4 cooking wine and stir-fry until brown-red

9. Add water until the ribs are over, turn to medium heat after the high heat is boiled, about 15 minutes, and the soup will dry.

10. The soup is thick

Tips:

If you like juicy soup, don't add more water. Don't collect the soup too dry. You can adjust it slightly according to your taste. If you like the ribs to be softer, the first step is to cook the ribs longer.
