Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs with Tomato Sauce

Blanch the ribs in water and set aside.

Cut green onion into ginger slices.

Boil the blanched ribs, add fresh green onion and ginger aniseed, turn to a low heat, and cook for 30 minutes.

Remove the cooked ribs to control the moisture.

Put a small amount of oil in the wok.

Add the dried ribs and stir-fry.

Stir fry until the surface of the ribs is slightly yellow.

Add soy sauce, sweet and sour tomato sauce and cooking wine and continue to stir fry.

Pour the broth of the boiled ribs and bring to a boil.

Turn to low heat and simmer until the soup is concentrated and add salt. Just add a little more vinegar before serving.
