Grandson loves sweet and sour pork. The sweet and sour tenderloin in the restaurant has thick strips and thick paste. It tastes a bit hard, and grandchildren don’t like it. I changed the tenderloin strips to tenderloin shreds, and it became soft and refreshing when fried. It was very delicious, and it was my grandson’s favorite.
