Sweet and Sour Prawns

Ingredients: Fresh prawns (washed).

Take 1 scoop of cooking wine, 2 scoops of vinegar, 3 scoops of sugar, 4 scoops of soy sauce, and 5 scoops of water and mix it into sweet and sour sauce, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then add the powdered ginger to the saucepan.

Then, add the prawns and stir fry.

Then, pour in the adjusted sweet and sour sauce.
