Sweet and Sour Prawns

Wash the Jiwei shrimp and marinate it with cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Shred green onion and ginger and prepare.

Mix white sugar and vinegar, the ratio is 1:2

Heat the wok, pour the oil, and fry the prawns until they turn red on both sides.
