Sweet and Sour Radish

Wash the small radishes grown in your yard.

Cut off the leaves and roots, slice them, and cut them thicker.

Marinate in salt for 20 minutes. Then wash it twice with water to filter out the salt.

Add sugar, honey, white vinegar, and less honey, otherwise the water radish will be thick.

You can eat it when you mix it well, and you can eat it the next day if you want to taste it. I usually cook it at night, and eat porridge the next morning.
Tips:
There is too much moisture in the water radish, so you can marinate it for 20 minutes when you pick it with salt.
