Sweet and Sour Radish
1.
White radish is peeled off the thin skin. Actually, it is okay to not peel it. I just think that nowadays there are more vegetables and pesticides. Peeling is easier. If you don’t peel it, you need to soak it in baking soda for a while and then clean it.
2.
Use a tool to rub the radish into shreds, not too thin, use a thick-eyed tool, or cut it by hand
3.
Stir in the radish with salt to remove some of the moisture
4.
Dried shredded radish, put in shredded green onion
5.
Add white vinegar and sugar. White vinegar and sugar are mixed in a ratio of 2:1. Don't put rice vinegar
6.
Mix well and let stand for half an hour. After mixing, sprinkle in cooked black sesame seeds.
Tips:
Do not use colored vinegar such as rice vinegar, which will affect the color and taste of radishes. White vinegar is more fragrant and tastes good when combined with white sugar. The color is also the original color and looks fresh.
It is very suitable for serving as a side dish.
