Sweet and Sour Sesame Tofu

Tofu uses kitchen paper towels to absorb surface moisture.

Cut the tofu into thin slices about 0.8cm thick.

Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the tofu over low heat until golden on both sides.

Remove the fried tofu and set aside.

In a separate pot, pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and first add two spoons of tomato sauce and stir fry.

Add tofu and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of sugar.

Add a spoonful of vinegar, simmer in half a bowl of water for 2 minutes to make it full of flavor.

Add a pinch of salt.

Sprinkle a spoonful of cooked sesame seeds before serving, and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan.
