Sweet and Sour Short Ribs

Wash the ribs, cut into small pieces, and salt an appropriate amount for 30 minutes. (The amount of salt is about the same as the salt usually used for cooking)

Put an appropriate amount of boiled sugar on the big rock sugar to melt it.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the marinated ribs.

Drain the water.

Beat an egg in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of flour, add a little water, and stir well.

Pour half of the spare ribs with drained water, and evenly coat with egg liquid.

Pour more oil in the pan and fry the small ribs wrapped in egg liquid.

Fry until slightly yellow, drain the oil.

Leave a little oil in the pot, pour the melted rock sugar water, and cook until bubbling.
10.
Quickly pour in an appropriate amount of tomato paste and stir well.
11.
Pour in the fried short ribs and coat evenly.
12.
Serve and eat.
