Sweet and Sour Spicy Tofu

Take out the tofu and cut into pieces;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in a pan to heat up, add tofu and fry slowly over medium-low heat;

Fry until browned on both sides;

Pour the sweet and sour hot sauce into a bowl, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly;

Pour in 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little chicken powder, and stir well;

Pour on the fried tofu, lift up the pan and shake it lightly for a while, so that each piece of tofu sticks to the sauce;
7.
Turn off the heat and shovel, sprinkle some chopped green onion.
Tips:
Food Tips: The tender tofu with sweet and sour hot sauce tastes very special. Be patient when frying the tofu. Keep it at a medium-to-low heat and will not batter until it is cooked thoroughly.
