Sweet and Sour Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces, not too thin. About 6mm or so. The size is according to personal preference.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, not too much oil, add the cut tofu after the oil is hot.

Fry until golden on both sides.

Sheng out and spare.

Seasoning sauce. Add 1 gram of salt, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, a little cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of water, and mix thoroughly.

Put a little base oil in the pot, pour in the adjusted sauce, boil slowly over medium and low heat to thicken.

Pour in the fried tofu and stir-fry until it comes out of the pot.
