Sweet and Sour Tofu

Wash the peppers and carrots, cut the peppers into small pieces, and slice the carrots.

Deep-fried thick slices of tofu cut into prismatic pieces.

Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, and water starch into a bowl and stir evenly to form a glutinous juice.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the carrots and hot peppers and fry them until they are broken.

Add the tofu, pour the gorgon juice into the pot and turn to high heat. When the tofu is evenly coated with the soup, turn off the heat.
