Sweet and Spicy Grilled Pork Chop

Wash the pork chops

Hammer the steak with a meat hammer (this will make the meat more tender and flavorful)

Put the beaten pig into salt, sugar, crushed black pepper, and vegetable oil, mix well, and marinate for more than 1 hour (or put it in the refrigerator until the next day)

Take out the marinated pork chops and place them on the grill covered with tin foil

Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, turning over once halfway (be careful of hot hands)
