Sweet and Spicy Tofu

Soak the bean curd in hot water (10 minutes is enough) and shred.

Shred the green onion, cut the coriander into small sections, cut the Chaotian pepper into circles, and shred the sharp pepper.

Put all the cut and bean skins into a basin, add sugar, vinegar, chili oil, flavor, and salt (according to your own taste), mix well and serve.
