Sweet Jujube Pumpkin Light Meal

Tofu, pumpkin, red dates, pineapple diced.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized slices. Pumpkin can also be sliced or diced and steamed, which is faster. Cut the red dates into shreds, and cut the pineapple into dices for later use.

Pumpkin and tofu are steamed separately.

Because it is a sweet pumpkin, it is served with diced pineapple, which is moderately sweet and sour, which is quite delicious.
Tips:
1. Choose sweet pumpkins as much as possible. I don’t know if pumpkins have this effect;
2. Excess pumpkin can be used to cook pumpkin porridge;
3 Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper when the tofu is steamed, so that the tofu will not tasteless when eaten dry;
4 Pumpkin has amino acids, cellulose, pectin, etc., which are beneficial to the human body, and tofu has plant protein, which is nutritious and healthy.
