Sweet Party Eggplant One-pot Porridge

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and don’t make them too big. The eggplant is about the size. A tomato is four knives in size. Boil the potatoes in a pot (generally soft, not too soft, but not too soft, but not cooked well 😂).

Pick up the potatoes and find a small amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, pour in the potatoes, tomatoes, and eggplant, and add a small amount of salt (this is really salty if you add less, mainly to prevent big neck disease? ʘᴗʘ ) Flip for a while for fear of sticking the pot, then cover the pot for 3~4 minutes, and stir-fry for a while after uncovering the lid (see the next step according to the softness you like).

Add lemon juice. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze a little bit of juice. Just stir-fry a circle and add the amount of sugar you like, and it will be out of the pot.
Tips:
You can add lemon juice in advance. You can add it when it is stuffy, but it will be very sour. Adding this is just to suppress the oily taste. If you are not used to eating it like this, you can add water and boil it to make a soup, depending on your taste.
