Sweet Porridge

After washing the rice the night before, pour in the meal replacement powder, stir well, and then add an appropriate amount of water. Make an appointment and you will be able to eat fragrant porridge the next day! (After the rice washing water is basically poured, add the meal replacement powder and mix well, then add enough water for cooking the porridge, and mix well again, so that the meal replacement powder can be fully stirred without a lump)

After the porridge is cooked, add brown sugar and mix well and you can eat it!
Tips:
1. I use a water-proof saucepan. If you like the porridge to cook badly, choose the slow stew mode and stew for 4 hours;
2. If you like not too bad, choose the quick stew mode and stew for 2 hours;
3. Choose brown sugar instead of white sugar for stewed sweet porridge, because adding brown sugar will taste better, and brown sugar is more nutritious than white sugar.
