Sweet Potato and Taro Congee

Wash the rice, put it in a casserole, add some water to a boil

In the meantime, the sweet potatoes and Lipu taro are peeled and cut into pieces

After the water is boiled, turn to a low heat and add corn kernels

Add sweet potatoes and taro chunks, mix well and cook on low heat for about 50 minutes until the porridge thickens.
