Sweet Potato and Wild Rice Syrup
1.
Soak wild rice overnight, or soak two days in advance, put it in the refrigerator to keep fresh, just take out the soup
2.
Peel and wash the sweet potatoes, cut into large cubes, remove the wild rice and drain the water
3.
Put the wild rice, sweet potato and rock sugar into the electric pressure cooker together, add enough water
4.
Cover the lid of the electric pressure cooker, turn on the electricity, press the porridge button, and start working (15 minutes)
5.
After boiling the soup, let the electric pressure cooker automatically relieve the pressure (best simmer for about 20 minutes)
6.
Just scoop and eat
Tips:
It is more time-saving to use an electric pressure cooker. For example, it should be boiled in a low heat for about 1 hour after boiling. Adjust the sweetness by yourself. The sweet potato itself is very sweet, and don't add too much sugar.
