Rice is often eaten, and occasionally changing the pattern will make the mood more pleasant.

Although it's just a bowl of rice, wouldn't it be better to make the rice taste richer and look more attractive.

Wolfberry has many health benefits; sweet potato, also known as sweet potato, is an ideal food for weight loss and intestines. Both taste slightly sweet, so I brought it for braised rice. The taste is amazing.

Ingredients

Sweet Potato and Wolfberry Braised Rice

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and prepare the goji berries

2. Cut sweet potatoes into 1 cm square pieces

3. Wash the wolfberry and rice together

4. Put the cut sweet potato cubes in the rice cooker, add water, a small bowl of water more than the amount of water for normal braising, and add a few drops of cooking oil.

5. Put it in the rice cooker and activate the normal cooking button.

6. When the time is up, the cooking process is over, and most of the sweet potatoes and wolfberries will be on the surface of the rice.

7. Stir it with a rice spatula and start eating

Tips:

I use a 3 liter rice cooker. The rice cooker comes with a measuring cup and the amount of rice is 2 cups. You can make it yourself.
Add a few drops of cooking oil, and the stewed rice has a very good gloss.
