Sweet Potato Baba

Add two parts of flour and one part of cornstarch with appropriate amount of refined salt, and mix well with appropriate amount of water

Diced sweet potato

Pour the diced sweet potatoes into the paste and mix well

Hot oil pan

Spoon a spoonful of diced sweet potatoes into a round container and fry it in a frying pan

When the bottom is golden, turn it over and fry

Fried on both sides, remove and drain the oil
Tips:
1. Use chopsticks to smoothen the sweet potatoes and mash when putting them in the container.
2. Fry on a small fire first, then turn on a high fire to force out the oil.
