Sweet Potato Braised Rice

Two sweet potatoes, I used yellow fleshy sweet potatoes, about 300 grams. Peel and wash

Cut the sweet potato into pieces, don’t have to be too small, or it will be broken after cooking. I cut it to the size of half a thumb

I use three servings of rice, wash it well

Put sweet potatoes in the rice, add water, half a bowl of water more than the amount of water for normal cooking, the following step is the key, don’t miss it. Add a little salt, pinch it with your fingers, and pour in about half a tablespoon of corn oil

Put the rice cooker into the rice cooker, cover it, and start the standard rice cooker for normal cooking.

About 40 minutes, open the lid, the rice is cooked, most of the sweet potatoes will be on the surface of the rice

Mix it with a rice spatula while it's hot, and let it dry a little to fill the bowl. It's delicious
Tips:
When cooking rice, add a little salt, pinch it with your fingers, and pour in about half a tablespoon of corn oil. It can increase the fragrance, highlight the sweetness of sweet potatoes, and make the rice look bright and appetite.
When adding water, it can be half a bowl more than the amount of water for normal cooking.
