Sweet Potato Cake

The sweet potatoes are cleaned and peeled, cut into small pieces, and steamed in a pot.

Crush the steamed sweet potatoes while they are hot with a spoon to make mashed sweet potatoes.

Add sticky rice flour, sugar, water and make a dough. Add slowly when adding water, not all at once (you can use glutinous rice flour, flour instead of sticky rice flour)

Take an appropriate amount of dough, round it with both hands, and then press it with your hands to make it into a round shape (you can also divide the dough into equal-sized portions in advance, so that the operation is more convenient)

Heat oil in a pan, turn on a low heat, and fry until golden on both sides.
