Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Cake

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin pieces. Steam them in water for a few minutes. Cut them thinly to make the steaming time shorter. Use a spoon to press the steamed sweet potatoes into mashed sweet potatoes

Add granulated sugar and mix well. The amount of sugar should be increased or decreased according to the sweetness of the sweet potato and personal preference.

Pour glutinous rice flour and mix

Add water in small amounts according to the water absorption

The reconciled glutinous rice balls are neither dry nor sticky

Divide the glutinous rice ball into about 20 grams and make rounds

Add some fried black sesame seeds, or white sesame seeds, but they must be fried so that they taste delicious

Put it on the baking tray and squash one by one

Put it in an oven that has been preheated at 160 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. The actual baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven. If you don’t have an oven, you can use a non-stick pan to fry, spread some oil in the pan and fry it over low heat.
