Sweet Potato Leaf Soup

Sweet potato leaves take the tender leaves, wash them, and control the moisture

Put water in the pot, after boiling, add salt and vegetable oil

Put the washed sweet potato leaves in blanching water

Just after the sweet potato leaves change color

Put the blanched sweet potato leaves into the food processor

Add the broth to the cooking machine

Break the sweet potato leaves

Put the stock in the pot and boil
