8.
Take out the dough, vent, round, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 15 minutes. Then roll it into a round shape and place it in a 9-inch pizza pan. Use a fork to make numerous small holes in the dough to prevent it from swelling during baking.
9.
Spread the mashed sweet potato on top of the pizza crust.
10.
Place the sauteed ingredients evenly on the mashed sweet potatoes.
11.
Put the cheese slices cut into small pieces (if there is mozzarella cheese, it would be better, you can brush it)
12.
Put it into the Dongling K30A oven which has been preheated and heated to 200 degrees and lowered to 180 degrees, and bake for 12 minutes.
Tips:
1. Steamed sweet potato slices, press into a puree with a spoon.
2. The amount of water depends on the water absorption of the flour.
3. If the room temperature is low, you can use the fermentation function of the bread machine or oven to ferment the dough.
4. Relax the dough, it will be easier to roll out.
5. Each type of oven has different tempers, so the time and temperature are for reference only.
