This is a good porridge for autumn health. Sweet potatoes with corn grits. At the same time it tastes good, it also reduces fat and weight, detoxifies and prevents cancer.

Sweet Potato Polenta

1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob

2. Put the sweet potato into the inner pot of the rice cooker and add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker and turn on the electric cooker

3. Take appropriate amount of corn residue and wash with cold water

4. After boiling, put the corn dregs into the pot and boil it, turn off the power when it is cooked, serve and enjoy

Tips:

1. The corn dregs can be soaked for a while before being put into the pot. \n2. After the rice cooker is powered off, simmer for a while before enjoying, the porridge will be thicker.
