Sweet Potato Polenta
1.
Prepare sweet potatoes and corn grits, throw away raisins and dried longans
2.
Take an appropriate amount of corn residue, wash it and put an appropriate amount of water (ps: it is recommended to put a little more water than usual for cooking porridge, after all, you will have to add sweet potatoes later)
3.
Boil the corn grits on a high fire. Remember to use a spoon Balabala from time to time to avoid sticking to the pan.
4.
Wash and dice sweet potatoes for later use (ps: the baby likes to eat sweet potatoes, so I put a whole one)
5.
When the corn dregs is about to be cooked, add the diced sweet potatoes and turn to medium-low heat
6.
The porridge with raisins is really delicious. Baby likes to add this to enhance the flavor when cooking any porridge ←_←
7.
There happens to be dried longan at home, so you can add some favorite friends
8.
Simmer slowly while remembering to stir and stir
9.
After being cooked, the sweet potato itself has a sweet taste, so the porridge is already very sweet. Whether to add honey or not depends on everyone's preference (ps: if you add honey, remember to wait until it is warmed up before adding it, otherwise it will destroy the nutrition of honey)
